Chapters are composed in landscape. Portrait still works — rotate for the intended frame.
Wallpaper
Download from the card. Landscape for a monitor. Portrait for a phone.
Windows will not take an mp4 as wallpaper on its own. Get Lively Wallpaper from the Microsoft Store, add the file, and set it.
Save the file, open it in Gallery, then Set as wallpaper if your phone offers it. Samsung usually does. If not, a live-wallpaper app on Play Store can pick the file you already downloaded.
Skip this. iPhone will not loop an mp4 as wallpaper. A Live Photo only plays a couple of seconds on the lock screen, and you need another app to convert it.
